Keegan Keep Going
Healing Coach
In the beginning, I was nothing. I said to the universe, ‘I know there is someone else I’m meant to be. I can hear her when she speaks. I feel her when she gets excited. Two parts of me speak but the spirit is one. How is it I’m to become the woman I’m meant to be?

About me
I’m a curator of emotional wellness teachings, a-spiritualist and a healing coach focused on child loss (the loss of a child) and childhood emotional neglect.
I was never taught nor encouraged to nurture myself. I wasn’t shown how to reflect on and discuss with emotional awareness the rites of life. I was only instructed to be an obedient daughter, needless of emotional integrity, grateful for my place within the established structure of family and society.
Since the domestic violence I witnessed as small child and the emotional/psychological neglect I lived through as a teenager was never addressed, fear rooted itself tight inside of me. I withdrew from trust, shrank my voice and presented as a shy, anxious introvert. I believed that was all I was. Unable to speak-up, non-confrontational and afraid of ridicule.
The universe did its part in my awakening. I become aware of my lack of inner peace. I lost my first son 9 days after he was born. (The following year, I had my second son, Keegan.) After separating from my children’s father, my finances crumbled. I lost the house I bought. I moved in with my sister and back into a family structure that was never for me – as I truly am.
Eventually, I let go. I had too. The call to ‘self’ became too loud to ignore. With the tools of therapy, spiritual practice, nervous system regulation, physical engagement, curiosity, community, writing and speaking up, I let go and unfolded.
Ease comes with acceptance of self.
I’m your coach for navigating through veils that nurture chaos. It is safe to be you. Something grander does love you.
Emotional and psychological wounds can be mended. It takes time, grace, patience, curiosity, action and some coaching. I will help you curate your truth.
